Welcome to Microsoft® Office Outlook 2010, Microsoft’s powerful and easy-to-use personal information management program. This new version of Outlook incorporates some new features and connectivity options in efforts to make managing your e-mail and personal information easier than ever. This level is intended to help all novice computer users get up to speed quickly.

We will cover different features of the interface giving a brief overview of all the tabs in the ribbon, showing users how to set up an e-mail account and perform basic tasks and covering the basics of each Outlook component. By the end of this course users should be comfortable with using all components of Outlook 2010.
